3. as assigned in advance, preparing general ideas about topics for opening and closing arguments, along with initial ideas for direct and cross examination of witnesses prior to the course commencing; and

4. setting aside work and family obligations during training hours and checking emails and accepting and/or returning phone calls at scheduled breaks only.
