(R)evolution Earth is an environmental justice organization rooted in confronting and unpacking historically oppressive structures and systems that perpetuate environmental racism. Our work centers on dismantling systems that exploit and degrade Mother Earth while disproportionately harming marginalized communities, both human and nonhuman beings.

Through our three areas of movement — Awareness & Education, Earth-Centered Spiritual Care, and Street Team Advocacy — we strive to reduce human-centered thinking and foster a relational understanding of our deep interconnectivity to one another and the land we inhabit.

As we expand our mission and community reach, we are actively seeking dedicated leaders to serve on our Board of Directors. We invite individuals who are in tune with Afro-Indigenous cultures and have a sincere commitment to earth-centered practices and environmental liberation to join our collective.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

✨ Board Chair: Provides overall leadership, strategic oversight, and ensures the board fulfills its governance responsibilities.

✨ Vice President: Supports the Chair, steps in as needed, and leads special initiatives that advance our mission.

✨ Secretary: Maintains accurate and accessible records of board meetings, organizational documents, and board member terms.

✨ Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Oversees financial stewardship, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
