Mental Health First Aid is a three-year certificate course. To be eligible for certification, agreement with the following terms is required:

1) I will complete the required online, pre-work by by May 21, 2024. I understand this will take about 10 minutes or less. I understand that if I don't complete the pre-work by the deadline I will not be admitted to the class on the May 22, 2024. No exceptions.

2) I will fully attend the Instructor Led In-Person Session as scheduled. No exceptions.

3) I will cancel my registration if my plans change or if I am unable to complete the pre-work by the deadline.
