Regional Support Services (RSA) wants to hear from you about the services and supports the agency provides to your family member or friend.  We have hired People Minded Business Inc. (PMB)  to facilitate the process.  The information will be used to help design supports and to inform the direction of the organization, through the agency's strategic directions process.

This survey is anonymous, and the information you provide will be combined with other information gathered. It should take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  The survey closes on June 9th.
