Rouge River Water Festival 2024 Volunteer Registration

* 1. Volunteer responsibilities:

· Lead classrooms to their four different water festival presentations
· Introduce yourself and welcome teacher and class to the water festival
· Explain that they are here to have FUN learning about Rouge River Watershed
· Guide classes to and from presentations
· Help keep presenters on time (it is best to arrange an agreed upon signal with the presenter
· Arrange restroom breaks with teacher
· Encourage classes in transit to be quiet during presentations
· Promote classes to walk and use sidewalks (when outside)
· Remind teachers to complete their survey and turn it in at the registration tent for a free t-shirt
· Ask the presenters and teachers if there is anything that they need or if they have questions
· Bring teachers back to Registration tent to return their clipboard, survey and receive their t-shirt
