Hello, future and existing ski leasers.

Like many of you, the ski/snowboard community is trying to adjust to the new normal with the Covid-19 crisis still at the top of many of our minds. You can help us by sharing your opinion about ski lease housing options.

* 9. Which one of these ski lease configurations would be most interesting to you? (Given cleaning and safety options were put in place).

Reservation System Private Access Lease: Reserve the house for a week at a time for you and your existing bubble. Bring up your own people as long as they fit into your definition of the bubble based on the honor system.
Example: A lease member can book access to the house for 1 week at a time (Thursday night through Wednesday) and then there would be a cleaning between member groups.

Smaller Bubble Lease: Leasers in small bubbles (4 to 6 lease members). A smaller lease with NO OVERLAP between bubbles of leasers between the weekend and mid-week leasers. Possible guaranteed room for you and your partner.
Example: Weekend+ Bubble A (Friday through Monday) has access the first weekend, Midweek has access for 3 days (Tuesday through Thursday), Weekend+ Bubble B has access for the next weekend, repeat.

Limited Access Lease: Lodging only lease with the focus on sleeping arrangements and gear storage with limited socializing and food prep in the house and hot tub. Possible guaranteed room for you and your partner. Four to 4 to 6 lease members per group WITH NO OVERLAP per bubble.
Example: Weekend+ Bubble A (Friday through Monday) has access the first weekend, Midweek has access for 3 days (Tuesday through Thursday), Weekend+ Bubble B has access for the next weekend, repeat.

Traditional Lease with Equal Access: A traditional lease (the same arrangements: access, people, rules, guest access, etc. as the previous seasons). No adjustments for Covid-19.
Example: Use the calendar to book your time with overlap with others.
