The Rural Renewal Stream (RRS) is designed to support eligible employers in addressing labour shortages while ensuring the program meets local and provincial requirements.

Step 1: Employer Pre-Screening Form
This initial step is focused on verifying:
- Employer eligibility (e.g., business location, incorporation, revenue, staffing)
- Job requirements (e.g., position type, wage, job posting history)

This form helps determine whether your business meets the baseline criteria to proceed to the next stage.

Step 2: Employer Application Form
Employers who pass pre-screening will be invited to complete the Employer Application Form. This step focuses on:
- Gathering additional documentation about the business if required
- Verifying candidate eligibility (e.g., work permit status, residency, position fit with program parameters)

Only employers who successfully complete Step 1 will be provided with access to Step 2.
