Register with Finders Keepers Shared Letting

Finders Keepers Student accommodation for the academic year 2026/27 will be launched in phases:
  • Monday 3rd November: our properties will appear online (www.finders.co.uk) to enable you to create your shortlist for viewing or applying.
  • Wednesday 19th November: 5+ bedroom properties become available for viewing or applications.
  • Tuesday 25th November: 3-4 bedroom properties become available for viewing or applications.
You can only apply for a property in-person in our office at 27 St Clements - not online.
By launching the properties in two phases we aim to eradicate the need to queue ahead of time. Please do not come to the office to apply for 3 and 4 bedroom properties before 25th November.

You must register your details by completing this form before you can book a viewing or rent a property from us. Many properties will have a video tour available online, which will enable you to shortlist a maximum of three properties.

Please note that by filling in this form, you are not committing to taking a property from FKSL and the team will only contact you to find out if you are still looking, you will not receive any other marketing. Our Guide to Renting is available here.

Please be aware that you will need to nominate one person to act as 'lead tenant' for payments. If you apply for a property with Finders Keepers the holding deposit must be paid from one account and if you move into one of our properties, we will collect rent from one account. This nominated 'lead tenant' will be no more responsible than the other applicants; this is purely for administration purposes.

Many of our properties have video tours to help you create a shortlist as a group, and whilst you will be able to book a physical viewing, you will also be able to rent a property from the video tour if all members of the group are happy with doing so.

As mentioned, we will need you to nominate someone in your group to be ‘lead tenant’ so please decide this within your group now.
