1. RRISK 2017 Expressions of Interest

Hello and thank you for your interest in RRISK 2017.
Please complete the following questions to help us plan for the seminars and the school based sessions.
 
Please note, schools can only participate in the seminars if they allocate a period in school for trained RRISK facilitators to come and conduct the practical RRISK Save a Mate sessions.
 
You can allocate simultaneous or consecutive periods (45-60 minutes) for year 11 classes (approximately 25 students) and we will send adequate number of facilitators to lead these groups.
You can retrieve the form after completing it if you use the same computer and IP address when using the same survey monkey link. You will also be able to edit your responses in future if you access the survey from the same IP address.
