· Identify and prioritise genuine community needs to guide infrastructure planning, service delivery, and long-term development aligned with local priorities.
· Support economic resilience by engaging local businesses and industries to address workforce, development, and sustainability challenges.
·Acknowledge the role of energy farms within the community and foster collaborative relationships to ensure their presence supports local priorities and contributes positively to long-term regional development.
· Foster community cohesion and liveability through a shared, community-led vision that strengthens connections, promotes well-being, and encourages environmental stewardship.
