This 5-minute pulse check focuses on safety culture in your specific department and location. Please answer based on your direct experience and reporting responsibility. If a question doesn't apply or you're unsure, select "I don't know" or "Does not apply".

Guidelines:
  • The term leader refers to anyone who has direct reporting responsibility for at least one other person. The term individual contributor refers to all others who do not have any direct reports, regardless if they work in the craft or in an office.

  • If you work in more than one location for your role, answer the questions based on the entire geographical and/or organizational scope of your reporting responsibility.

  • If your department is in a location with other departments, answer only about your specific department - not the other departments in the location.
