Health and Human Service Ministries in the United Church of Christ

This survey is open to anyone who has an interest in serving others, whether or not you are familiar with the United Church of Christ (UCC), its local churches or its health and human service ministries. It contains 39 quick questions and should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. 

Conducted by the United Church of Christ's Council for Health and Human Service Ministries (CHHSM), your responses will help shape CHHSM's strategic plan and will provide guidance on future ministry initiatives.

The term "health and human service ministry" is very broad and somewhat all-encompassing. It can refer to a large institution like a hospital or housing network or something much smaller like a local church's food pantry or school-supplies campaign. The common denominator is that these caring ministries were initated, nurtured, supported, and strengthened by the church, no matter the scale or scope of that ministry today.
