City of New Haven Housing and Community Development Survey
City of New Rochelle Housing and Development Survey
The City of New Haven, Connecticut is preparing its Five Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The five-year plan will guide policy, actions and investment for housing, public services, economic development, infrastructure, and community and public facilities over the next several years. The plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and serves to address unmet needs and determine funding allocations for housing and community development activities. The study will look at whether everyone in New Rochelle has similar choices for housing regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, religion, whether they have children, or whether they have a disability. It will also provide ways to overcome any barriers to fair housing choice.
