Angel Bond
Client Customer Relations Manager
Arcadia Management

Angel Bond is a Client Customer Relations Manager for Arcadia Management. She represents Arcadia by working with the clients and vendors on all their amenities needs.           

Angel has worked in Facility’s for over 20 years at JLL (BCBS), Highwoods Properties and even has a vendor relation with RestorePro Reconstruction.

Angel has been an active IFMA Member since she first joined in 2015.  She is the current 2019-2020 Vice President. Angel has served on the Networking & Events committee since joining and has won both GTC of IFMA Committee Member of the Year and Vendor of the Year.

Outside of her IFMA world, Angel enjoys running daily, her 2 children and friends in the Cary Community.  She recently got her Broker’s License and now owns Bond Realty LLC.

Travis Dodson
Operations Manager
American Board of Pediatrics

Travis Dodson is currently the Operations Manager for the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), where he has served for more than 20 years. Prior to his current role, he served as the Facilities and Property Manager for the ABP from 2005 through 2017 where he oversaw the expansion plans that allowed staff capacity to grow from 50 to 132.

Travis got his first exposure to facilities management while serving a tour of duty in Iraq as a Civil Affairs Operator for the 422 Civil Affairs Battalion in Greensboro, NC.

After joining IFMA in 2008, he earned the FMP designation in 2009 followed by the CFM designation in 2010. He holds a certificate in Facilities Management from The University of Washington and an MBA from East Carolina University.  He has been involved with IFMA national serving on multiple Facility Fusion and World Workplace Review committees, served as a CFM exam item writer and reviewer, and is a member of the Corporate Facilities Council. In our local Chapter, Travis has participated in the annual Ronald McDonald House event and has represented our Chapter at World Workplace.

Travis lives in Hillsborough with his wife, two daughters and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, woodworking, visiting breweries and home brewing.

Ethan Tecklenberg
Facility Manager
Jones Lang LaSalle

Ethan Tecklenberg serves as Facility Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle at Citrix Systems, located in downtown Raleigh at 120 S. West St.  

Ethan oversees the maintenance, operations, and improvements of the physical aspects of the site operations at Citrix. This includes management of health and safety operations, management of all facility staff employed at the location, development and implementation of site specific standards to coincide with global processes, monitoring capacity on site to maintain, enhance, and maximize utilization of the space, and physical site operations generally.

Ethan started with Citrix in November 2018 as part of Mace Macro, Ltd who managed the Citrix facilities portfolio in North America.  In December 2019, he transitioned to JLL who now manages the Citrix Systems account.  Prior to joining Citrix, Ethan was with Quintiles, Inc. (now IQVIA) for 18+ years.  He began as a Facilities Associate and he held several facility-related positions, including Site Supervisor.  In 2016, he had the opportunity to be the North American Corporate Real Estate and Facility Manager for Syneos Health until 2018 when he joined the Citrix Systems account.

Ethan earned his Bachelor of Science in History from Campbell University.  He joined IFMA in 2009 as a Professional Member, and was the co-chair for the Programs Committee from 2012 until 2015. He was the recipient of the 2013 Professional Member of the Year Award for the Great Triangle Chapter of IFMA, as well as the recipient of the 2015 and 2019 IFMA World Workplace Scholarship Awards.

Ethan and his wife Julie have a three-year old son named Jackson.  He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and is a passionate NC State fan. Go Pack!

Kellie Renzi
Director of Preconstruction and Estimating
McDonald York Building Company

Kellie Renzi began her career at McDonald York as an Estimating Intern in the Spring of 2012. Since then her dedication to the company and experience gained has afforded her the opportunity to advance into a leadership role. In 2017 Kellie was named Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, and she currently holds that position today. Her day to day responsibilities include managing a team of (3-4) Estimators as well as bidding and negotiating projects of her own. She also participates in Business Development engagements and other Leadership Team collaboration. With Kellie being part of the McDonald York Leadership Team, the company has achieved 80% revenue growth in the last 3 years.  Prior to her time at McDonald York, Kellie served as a Purchasing Manager in the Residential Sector for both custom and track home builders.

Outside of McDonald York, Kellie has held the Co-Chair role for the Community Outreach Committee in our Triangle Chapter for two years. She has successfully coordinated several community events with her committee during that time. Kellie continues her leadership role even outside of McDonald York and IFMA as she serves as a Security Supervisor for local venues such as PNC Arena and Coastal Credit Music Pavilion. Since its inception in 2016, Kellie has led the McDonald York build team for the Wake County Public Schools S.H.E.D. (Students Hands-on Experience Day) competitions. Coach Kellie has served in all (4) tournaments as Co-Manager and Asst. Coach of the McDonald York / York Properties flag football team.  Coach Kellie also serves as the Head Coach for the McDonald York slow-pitch co-ed softball team in which employees and their spouses come together in both the fall and spring for fun and team building with a little healthy competition mixed in.

In her spare time, Kellie and her dog Darcy are a certified Therapy Dog team with Alliance of Therapy Dogs, and they regularly visit Ronald McDonald House and other local facilities to provide support and comfort to residents and their families. Kellie also serves as the Security Manager for the swimming venue during the Special Olympics Summer games and she has held that role for the past 3 years.

Kellie and her husband Adam currently live in Garner with their three dogs (Harper, Darcy, and Xeno) and cat (Carmichael). They enjoy traveling via cruise and watching their favorite sports teams (Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Philadelphia Eagles.

Other Achievements
·         Kellie received the IFMA Associate Member of the Year Award for the Triangle Chapter at the annual member appreciation event in November 2019.
·         Kellie received the IFMA Rookie of the year award for 2018.
