Introduction
This report is REQUIRED, please complete by Friday, February 6th, 2026.
Each LEA that utilizes Title IV, A funds is required to submit funding data for the entirety of the performance/obligation period of the federal grant award, which includes the Tydings period and additional time extensions (if applicable), pursuant to ESEA §4106(e)(2)(F). The performance/obligation period is based on the Grant Award Notification Date and is a 27-month time frame.
This report will allow the KSDE to report federally required data regarding Title IV, Part A to the USDE. Responses should include the amount of funds expended for the Reporting/Obligation Period indicated and each Content Area (Well - Rounded Education, Safe & Healthy Students, and Supporting the Effective Use of Technology).
The Reporting/Obligation Period is based on the Title IVA Grant Award Notification issuance date and the corresponding obligation period:
