If you are a young person with disability aged 15 - 25, living in NSW and you want to have your say about the development of Foundational Supports for Children with Disability in NSW, our upcoming session is for you!
Right now, the NSW Government is preparing to design foundational supports — services that will help children under 9 with autism or developmental delay, and their families and carers, get the support they need early in life.
We want to hear what you think. If you are a young person with disability and you live in NSW, your experiences and ideas can help shape how these supports are designed so they work better for all children and families.

There will be two online focus groups. You can choose which time suits you.
You can choose between:
Focus group option 1: Wednesday 12th November
5.00pm - 7.00pm
Focus group option 2: Wednesday 19th November
5.00pm - 7.00pm
The focus group is 2 hours long. You will need to be available for the entire time. There will be breaks.

If we choose you to be part of the focus group we will send you a consent form. The consent form is for you to tell us if we can share the things you tell us.
CYDA will keep the information you share in this form private. It will not be shared with anyone outside CYDA.
