Are your diversity and inclusion programs worth recognizing?

Canadian HR Reporter's inaugural Leading Diversity and Inclusion Employers awards will showcase companies that demonstrate effective D&I programs that help foster change.

Please complete the following survey to put your organization in the running for Canadian HR Reporter's Leading Diversity and Inclusion Employers award.

The results will be published on the Canadian HR Reporter website in May. 

Criteria:

-Any company established in Canada
-Organizations must have a minimum of 10 employees

Process:
  • Canadian HR Reporter's Leading Diversity and Inclusion nomination process includes two phases: an employer and an employee survey.
  • Employer form: Employers must complete the following form in order to be considered for the Leading Diversity and Inclusion awards.
    • Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organization
    • Deadline: February 4, 2022
  • The Leading Diversity and Inclusion - Employer form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to return to your form before submitting, please press 'Exit' at the top right corner to save your progress and revisit the URL when ready to complete.
  • Employee survey: In early February, nominated companies will be provided an employee survey that is to be shared internally within the organization for employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey.
  • Organizations must meet the minimum amount of employee survey responses in order to qualify for the Leading Diversity and Inclusion award: 
    • Employee size 10 - 100: 10 minimum
    • Employee size 101 - 500: 20 minimum
    • Employee size 501+: 50 minimum
  • Organizations will be evaluated by employees on a number of metrics, including benefits, incentives, employee development, culture and more.
  • Companies that receive an 80% or greater satisfaction rating from their employees will be named a Leading Diversity and Inclusion Company.
