The R.O.S.E. Award recognizes non-nursing, member-facing employees (including CAs, technicians, phlebotomists, receptionists, etc.) who exemplify outstanding service and excellence in caring for our members. Many admire the natural beauty of a rose and its fragrance, and like our non-nursing staff, a beautiful rose continually touches the lives of our members. A rose represents life, friendship, and optimism while maintaining wisdom and knowledge. And just as roses keep blossoming year after year, our non-nursing staff is an integral part of Kaiser Permanente who keep our patients’ lives brighter and healthier.
