There are several booth designs to choose from.  Once you choose and pay for your booth you will receive an email with a video and instructions on how to customize your booth.  There is an extra fee of $300 (billed separately)  if you would like for our design team to customize your booth.  

The booth designs shown below are examples.  You can choose your own booth style for your exhibit.  A link will be furnished after you purchase your booth.

* 5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No booth will be guaranteed until Can I Live receives full payment for the total booth fee, along with this application. 

In the event that the Exhibitor notifies CIL of their intent to cancel this contract, they must do so within 7 calendar of submitting this application.  Cancelations must be received in writing and submitted to mwbrown@canilive.org.  A full refund of monies received minus a $200 administrative fee will be made payable to the Exhibitor within 10 business days.   After 7 Calendar days, there are no refunds.  You may assign your booth to someone else.  This assignment must be approved in writing.  

Booth customizations are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  Exhibits will receive a video tutorial and link with detailed instructions to assist with this process.  Exhibitors agree to only display advertisements of goods and services manufactured and or sold by the exhibitor.  All Exhibit booths must be set up at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.  

There are no limits to the number of personnel who can staff each booth.  We do ask at least one person is available at the event to chat with attendees and answer questions.  

Any Exhibitor who desires to attend the conference seminars may do so but must register through the www.canilive.org/events page.  There is no additional cost for attending conference sessions.  Please ensure you register as an exhibitor.  

All booth content is subject to approval and can not discriminate against race, color, national origin, sex, gender, religion, or individuals with disabilities.  In the event, CIL determines at any time that any exhibit may or does violate this agreement, and the exhibitor is unable or unwilling to cure or correct such violation, CIL may terminate this agreement and remove the exhibit booth.  In this event, the exhibitor waives any claims for a refund of their exhibit booth or any damages arising out of such termination and or exhibit removal.  

The Exhibitor shall protect, indemnify and hold harmless CIL, and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, damage, or expense by reason of an injury or injuries sustain by any persons or property or loss of income that might be derived from participation in CIL's events.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank and are non-refundable. Can I Live, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with Tax Id# 26-3602227.
