What shapes your sense of safety at the Library? We want to hear from you!
Thank you for your interest in taking part in the Safer Cities Project, delivered by the Burwood Library and the State Library of NSW in partnership with Transport for NSW and Reactivate Consulting.
We want to know how women, girls and gender-diverse people feel when getting to and visiting Burwood Library. Your feedback will help us find practical solutions to help all visitors feel safer when visiting the Library. If you're not a Library user, that's ok – we want to hear from you too.
How you can contribute. Project sessions will focus on your experience of the Library and the journey to and from it. We’ll ask you to complete a short survey, attend two ‘walkshops’ (the first being Tuesday 22nd September) around the Library (like walking workshops) and a session to explore what we’ve heard (Thursday 12 November).
