This survey will help us build a picture of parents’ and carers’ views about the support their child receives in education and understand any changes over time.

the current school year [2025-2026]. Please note this survey is not applicable to those with children in higher education settings, i.e. University level study.
If you have more than one child with vision impairment, you are welcome to complete a separate survey for each child.

- Education Setting - Any school/college/education institution that your child attends
- Support – Refers to provision for your child including but not limited to specialist and non-specialist staff, adapted materials, and technology.
