Rapid Response: Managing a Virtual Team - Registration Form

The Rapid Response: Managing a Virtual Team course costs $500.00 per person. It includes two, 120-minute web workshops plus online assignments.

When a manager begins to manage virtual team members, they quickly discover that they must integrate web conferencing and collaboration technology with solid management and leadership skills. This rapid response program focuses on two critical skill areas: how to run an effective virtual meeting, and how to delegate tasks and coach individuals on a virtual team. From strengthening their virtual presence to designing interactive discussions and activities, virtual managers will have increased knowledge and confidence to build stronger virtual teams.
