*1.Through conversations with women across the country, including proactive outreach, we are aware that many Jewish women live outside the major urban community centres, in regional, rural or remote parts of Australia. Women have told us they experience a range of unique challenges living in these areas, including isolation and limited opportunities to engage with other Jewish women. Some live in small Jewish communities, and others may even be the only Jewish woman or family in their area.

We believe there is an opportunity to create a meaningful network that fosters connection, support, friendship, and community, regardless of geography. As we design this NCJWA initiative, we are committed to finding and listening carefully to the women it is intended to serve. If you are a Jewish woman living in regional, rural or remote areas, we want to hear from you.
