Job, Career and Training Survey

NDIS and disability sector work is increasingly more complex and demanding. Consequently, the set of skills and qualifications needed in the sector is also changing.

The Australian College of Community and Disability Practitioners (ACCDP), established by the Australian Services Union (ASU) to give workers a stronger voice in setting the professional standards in the sector, wants to hear from frontline workers in the sector about your jobs, career pathways and training.

By completing this survey you will assist your union to understand the current sector standards and the future training and skills workers want to provide quality and safe NDIS services and supports. 

The ASU will use the results of this survey to advocate and campaign for a training system that will make the NDIS the best it can be.
