Class Registration
S&G 2890B, built to Federal Specification FF-L-2890B, is an integrated door lock designed to meet both security and life safety demands of high secured (SCIF) environments. Equipped with single motion egress, this locking system allows for intuitive and safe egress from inside the secured space.
In class you will learn about the 2890B applications, variety of models, service points, and locking device installation. Upon successful installation of the 2890B locking system a technician installation certificate will be provided.
The Model 2740B lock is engineered and manufactured to meet the highest security standards of the U.S. Government for the protection of classified materials. Meeting Federal Specification FF-L-2740B, the Model 2740B electromechanical lock is used on GSA-approved security containers, including safes, security files and vault doors.
In class you will about the features and functions of the 2740B along with installation and troubleshooting. Upon passing the product test a technician installation certificate will be provided.
All students must be a citizen of The United States.
