Thank you for participating in our survey. Your comments and concerns are very important to us. This survey is designed to collect feedback both from parents or caregivers and the campers themselves. Parents or caregivers, please take time to respond to the questions at the first part of the survey. Then, please allow your camper to fill out the second section entitled, "For Campers Only" and assist them if necessary.
