Rocky Mountain Partnership (RMP)'s training Institute is designed to equip you with the training, coaching, technical assistance, and other supports to help you advance work that closes equity gaps towards regional economic and social mobility.

Can I select a day and time now to sign up for?
To ensure RMP's Institute offerings are accessible to individuals from all walks of life, trainings will be scheduled around the availability of interested individuals and organizations - there are no pre-scheduled times to select from.

Understand Collective Impact and the Theory of Action™: Understand the collective impact approach utilized by RMP, and the national evidence-based framework we utilize as part of the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network.

Mapping Career Pathways: My Colorado Journey and the RMP Team will support you to understand how career pathways are mapped across the region and the state, and what role YOU can play to to contribute to this critical data and information inventory.

Our Community Listens: Through a partnership with Adams County Government, RMP is able to support partners to participate in the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities’ ‘Our Community Listens‘ training. Understand and develop strong communication skills to effectively connect with others and build bridges with community.

Grant Collaboration for Collective/Joint Grants: Support from the RMP Team in scoping, writing, and developing collective/joint grants that advance RMP's collective work.
