Constructions Contracts Act (CCA) 2015 Survey

Dear Member

Constructions Contracts Act (CCA) 2015 Survey

The amendments to the CCA Act which bring architects work into the ambit of the Act, come into force on 1 September 2015. Architects will have a choice about whether they wish to avail themselves of the provisions of the Act relating to getting paid by issuing their fee invoices as Payment Claims.

It would be appreciated if you could complete this short survey to help our understanding of the needs of members relating to these changes.

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards
