CSWB Engagement Session

A new legislative requirement mandates all municipalities across Ontario to develop a Community Safety and Well-Being Plan, through a more strategic, community-based approach to address root causes of social issues (e.g. homelessness, opioid misuse, concerns about mental health and addictions service capacity, safety and crime). Critical to Niagara’s Planning Process is engagement with the Indigenous community. Your input will help shape the Municipality of Niagara’s overall Safety and Wellbeing Plan. For more information about the CSWB plan, visit: https://www.niagararegion.ca/projects/community-safety-well-being/default.aspx

Please join your (Niagara Indigenous Community Executives) N.I.C.E.'s to share your thoughts and ideas on Safety and Wellness in Community. You can attend virtually or by phone in. Choose from the following time slots and get registered to receive the zoom and phone in information as soon as possible. All who register will be provided with a craft kit (pouch, bracelet or earrings) as a thank-you for your time.
