Thank you for your interest in the Women In Renewable Energy (WIRE) Network Mentorship Program!

The program provides leadership and skills development through in-person convenings and facilitated online technical training. As an incoming mid-level professional (mentee), you will also have the opportunity to connect with women in senior positions (mentors). Through the two-year program, you will join first as a mentee for the first year and then will be promoted to being a mentor during the second year. Mentorship pairs meet every six weeks and sometimes more frequently for activities. Ending the two-year program, you'll join a vibrant alumnae network and will continue to have access to networking and training opportunities!

If you have further questions regarding the program’s structure, time commitments, eligibility, etc., please visit our website or contact Laura Diez. (ldiez@rmi.org).
