We are currently running a pilot project to improve clients’ Physiotherapy outpatient access to appointments. As part of this pilot project, we are asking for feedback from clients who received an outpatient Physiotherapy referral between January 1st, 2017 and July 1st, 2017 and came in for an initial assessment. The information you provide will remain anonymous but results may be used in summary with other clients’ responses to improve access to Physiotherapy Outpatient Services.
