NSN Volunteer Survey

There are many ways to volunteer with NSN!

Below are lists of all the ways volunteers can help NSN. Right now, all of these activities can be done from your own home (unless otherwise specified). Some of these options are open immediately, some will open up later. Some require a large time commitment, others require very little. Please mark each area where you are interested in learning more, and we will reach out to you when a need arises.

Accreditation Committee (review proposals and help decide which storytelling programs deserve the NSN seal)

Membership Committee (connect to members and help grow our membership)

Tellabration!TM Committee (help manage this worldwide event)

Board Development Committee (help recruit and train new Board Members)

Finance Committee (help guide the financial future of NSN)

Conference Oversight Committee (oversee all the conference committees)

Public Relations Committee (reach out to the press and help get NSN's name and mission out there)

ORACLE Award Committee (review submissions for our Annual Excellence Awards)

Fundraising Committee (help NSN raise money)

Next Generation Task Force (as a young adult teller, provide guidance to NSN to make/keep us relevant to the next generation of storytellers)
