ABOUT WAIT LISTING:

* PLEASE FILL OUT the APPLICATION BELOW and SUBMIT .... Email Address and Cell Phone # are VITAL.....ONLY FILL OUT the APPLICATION if you are serious about accepting an Invitation to join the 2026 Ram Dass Legacy Maui Retreat by way of a Cancellation.......Please know that most Cancellations take place either by Sept 5th or mid - October when final payments are due and then again as last minute Cancellations the week before the start of the Retreat the week of AmericanThanksgiving Day Weekend.

* DOUBLE REGISTRATIONS = COUPLES, 2 FRIENDS, PARTNERS, PARENT w/ GROWN CHILD or 2 FAMILY MEMBERS.....Please provide both names, email addresses & cell numbers to qualify for an Invitation. ONLY FILL THIS OUT IF YOU HAVE A 2nd Person to Register with you at the same time.

* YOU WILL be NOTIFIED WHEN THERE is a NEW OPENING or a CANCELLATION by Email or Phone. You will have 24 hours to respond and either accept the invitation, register and pay your registration (s) in full or decline the Invitation.

* RETREAT CANCELLATIONS OFTEN OCCUR AROUND "KEY DATES" ASSOCIATED with the 2026 Retreat's Cancellation Policy

* THE RETREAT DOES NOT USE FIFO (FIRST IN > FIRST OUT) to SELECT WAIT LIST
INVITATIONS. THE WAIT LIST INVITATION PROCESS IS COMPLETELY ARBITRARY

4.Triple (3) SHARE OPTION (3 Same Gender Retreat Attendees Assigned to Share a Suite w/ 3 separate beds & 2 bathrooms)

5.I am available for any "Last Minute Openings" : Wednesday Nov 18 - Mon Nov 30 to join the Retreat from the Wait List. YES, Please contact me !
6.I am willing to accept an OFF-SITE / Commuter / Kama 'aina Full Retreat option if no ON SITE options become available.
($1,900 includes Retreat Meals & Retreat Tuition. Responsible for booking your own accommodations & ground transportation

I submit this Retreat Wait List Application for the 2026 Ram Dass Legacy “Open Your Heart in Paradise" Maui Retreat at the Napili Kai Beach Resort.

I accept that I maybe contacted with a Wait List Invitation via email or by my cell phone should a cancellation or a new opening occur for my preferred accommodation option.

I understand that I have 24 hours to accept / confirm a Wait List Invitation before others will be invited for the opening.

I understand that if I receive a Wait List Invitation and "Accept", that Payment in Full is required to secure my Retreat Registration from the Wait List.
