Shoalhaven Neighbour Survey 2015

 

A Neighbourhood can include a street, multiple streets and/or shops around where you live.  This survey has been created to inquire about our Neighbourhoods in the Shoalhaven.  The information collected will be utilized for our Neighbourhood Safety Plan and it will help us build a database of Community members who would like to be involved in building a better Community for all. 

 

Your information and perspective is integral and will be used to build and shape the Shoalhaven Safety Plan. 

 

While the questionnaire is anonymous and your information will be kept confidential, there is the opportunity to provide contact details so you can go into a draw to win a $100 gift certificate and if you chose, be kept informed of future Community events.
