Due to restrictions on large indoor gatherings this year due to Covid 19, the neighborhood was unable to have its typical Annual HOA meeting.  At the Annual Meetings, board member elections are typically held.  There is one position up for re-election and two open positions on the board.  Please take a minute to submit nominations.  Nominated people will be contacted to verify interest in the position.  A ballot will be sent out in November with the nominees.  

An Annual HOA Report will be sent out by the last week of October with an online Q&A session scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, from 7-8pm.  Details regarding the Q&A will be in the report.  You will also be able to find details at www.northfairviewfarms.com and the neighborhood Facebook page closer to November 17.

Duties of the Communications Director.
Assists with Website Administration of www.northfairviewfarms.com and www.nextdoor.com as needed.  Acts as Administrator of the Facebook group for NFF.  Communicates general updates on Facebook, the website, Nextdoor and other applicable social networks.  Coordinates the communications broadcast on the NFF sandwich boards (works with volunteers).  Consults with the Board of Directors on other general communications to Association members as may be required with items such as the Annual Dues notice and Annual HOA Report.

Duties of the Enforcement Director:
Ensures that all members of the Association adhere to the Bylaws and Deed Restrictions of the Association.  Enforces any violations of the rules of the Association at the direction of the Board of Directors.  Helps to coordinate general communications regarding items related to enforcement within the Association.  Assists the Treasurer in the collection of any past-due Annual Dues, and the filing of liens.
