This survey is presented in partnership by The Moose’s Cookhouse, Canadore College, and The Village Collective Impact Project with funding from The Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program. The goal of the project is to reduce the risk of social isolation for older adults living in our community. The data we collect is to identify trends and barriers for older adults and other patrons dining with The Moose. This information will help improve our services and support the development of new services. Additionally, the data is combined with other surveys in our region to help improve the experience of older adults across our region. Your response to this survey is anonymous and confidential and is an important part of our mission to bring quality and accessible dining experiences to the residents of North Bay.
