An Investigation into Wormer Knowledge in the UK |
Introduction
My name is Heather Earnshaw and I am a 3rd year BSc (Hons) Equine Science and management student from Myerscough College. For my dissertation I am doing a questionnaire based study in order to find out the knowledge of anthelmintic resistance within the equine industry. Responses to this questionnaire will allow me to gain further understanding of the knowledge within the industry.
All responses to the questionnaire will be kept anonymous and personal data will be confidential however, by completing this questionnaire you are giving consent for any data submitted to be used within the study. You have the right to withdraw from the study at any point by either not submitting the questionnaire, or at a later date by emailing me the memorable word you will provide for the last question.
The survey should take around 10 minutes and can only be taken once so please select the answers that you believe to be correct and that apply to you and your horse(s).
