In honor of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR) Awareness Day, Yellowhawk Public Health, Behavioral Health, and CTUIR Family Violence programs would like to give space to families and community members to honor loved ones who have been taken too soon.

Join us for the MMIR Awareness Walk on May 6th at 11:30 am at Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center.

In preparation for this event, we are seeking community members who would like to honor their missing or murdered loved ones. Please complete the information below. Information gathered will be used to create a slideshow to honor our stolen relatives and bring awareness.
