Survey Description

This survey was created for a scholarly project for Idaho State University's Doctorate of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner program. The purpose of this survey is to gather data about how Facebook can be used to promote mammogram screening. The main audience for the survey is women 40 and older, but men may also participate. The survey takes 1-2 minutes to complete. Participation in the survey is anonymous and voluntary. There are no negative consequences for declining to participate. If you have any questions about this survey or scholarly project, please contact Heidi Klippert by email: klipheid@isu.edu.
