Emory Radiology's This Is Us: Our Voices, Our Journey campaign celebrates who we are as people and how we support diversity, equity, and inclusion across Emory Radiology. This Is Us is a joint initiative of the Emory Radiology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the Communications and Creative Services Team.

Completing this survey should take 3-5 minutes. Participation is voluntary. The information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than for the This Is Us campaign. With your consent, portions of your answers may be included in This Is Us features in the Rad Report, on the Emory Radiology website, and via Emory Radiology Twitter and Instagram posts. Questions?
