The Township of Irvington is a recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD requires the Township to develop a Consolidated Plan every five years to guide the programming of CDBG and HOME funding. In preparation of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, Irvington encourages residents to participate in this survey to provide input on community needs and priorities.
