Use this SurveyMonkey to submit your steps and/or distance throughout the month of October. Submit weekly or daily, however it best fits into your day. HR will tally all of the submissions at the conclusion and recognize the building and top 3 participants with the most distance!

We'll be meeting at the Longview Memorial Stadium at RA Long from 3:30-4:30 every Monday in October to boost health, happiness and step counts! Bring your team, coworkers from other buildings, family and friends or just yourself and make every step count!
