#2 Setting Goals the BeSMART way

Goals set and measured generate results achieved and treasured. In fact, statistics show that leaders who explicitly state their goals are ten times (yes...10x) more likely to achieve their goals than those who don't.

In this workshop, leaders learn how to establish BeSMART goals (Bold & exciting, Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, & Time-bound).
