If you are willing to help other MnUSA members in need, you may voluntarily be listed in this pocket-sized printed guidebook. The information will not be distributed online. You will be listed under your city along with the information you provide below. Each service with be labeled with an appropriate letter after your name. The guidebooks will be printed once a year and you may also use this survey to request to be removed from future printings.
