Sutter Community Affordable Housing and Sage Housing Group are proposing to construct the Richland Village project, a 176-unit affordable apartment home community on a 4.71 acre site at 470 Bernard Drive in Yuba City. The site is currently owned by the Regional Housing Authority. This project will not only provide new affordable housing but will also incorporate transportation improvements to reduce air pollution, enhance connectivity and accessibility to jobs, services and businesses, increase transit ridership, and increase options for mobility, including walking and bike riding.

Please help us by responding to this survey about your housing, transportation and community amenity needs.

Upon the return of your survey you will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card. A total of three gift cards will be awarded for this survey. You must provide your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address in order to be entered into the drawing. Winners will be notified up to 30 days after the survey closes.
