LRHA is proud to host this Rural Health Transformation Program Vendor Showcase in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Health Office of Rural Health Transformation and Sustainability.

Please complete the following application to be considered to present at the Showcase. The application will close on Wednesday, June 24 at 5:00PM. Selected presenters will be notified the week of June 29.

What is the Vendor Showcase?
This event will allow rural clinics and hospitals the opportunity to hear from vendors and service providers who may offer Value Based Care & Alternative Payment Model solutions that will help them implement Innovative Care objectives under the Louisiana Rural Health Transformation Program.

Showcase Structure
  • The Showcase will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 7 from 11:30AM - 1:00PM.
  • Registration will be open to all rural providers across the state of Louisiana.
  • All attendees will be provided with a list of all vendors who submitted an application for the showcase - including all information provided below.
  • We will select 15 applicants to present a 3-minute overview of their product/solution during the showcase. (This timeframe is firm to allow time for all presentations)
  • A template slide will be provided and must be utilized by all selected presenters.
Please note that neither LRHA nor LDH will directly promote or endorse any company, product, tool, solution, etc. Selection to present during the showcase does not indicate endorsement of the product or vendor and does not guarantee engagement or contract with LRHA, LDH, or any provider in attendance at the event. Vendors with extensive experience working with rural providers and solutions most closely aligned with the goals and needs of the upcoming RHTP subaward opportunities will be given priority for showcase presentation selection.
