AI in Credentialing: 2026 I.C.E. Membership Survey

The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), is conducting this survey to understand how certification and credentialing organizations are thinking about, using, and preparing for artificial intelligence (AI). Your responses will inform I.C.E. resources, guidance, and programming to help member organizations navigate AI thoughtfully and responsibly.

We will be presenting the findings at the I.C.E. Exchange during the featured session: The AI Power Hour: I.C.E. and ATP AI committees join forces to report on the future of AI in credentialing

This questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and contains 18 questions across five short sections. Individual responses will be kept confidential; results will be reported only in aggregate or de-identified form unless you indicate otherwise. Please respond on behalf of your organization to the best of your knowledge.

Please submit your response by: October 15
