Rural Tech Fund + Make48 Microgrant Application
Eligible schools across Kansas and western Missouri can bring the Make48 Innovation Experience to their classrooms at no cost for the Standard Tier program for up to 40 schools. The grant expands access to hands-on learning that helps students develop creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills.
With this form, classrooms can apply for a microgrant from the Rural Tech Fund to purchase equipment needed for their project. This could include microcontrollers, sensors, electronic tools, safety equipment, and other prototyping materials.
The Rural Tech Fund helps rural students recognize opportunities in tech careers, facilitates pathways to work in the computer industry, and provides equitable access to technology for students with disabilities.
