Arts Contest Overview

To be eligible to enter Richmond Hill Public Library's 2019 High School Arts Contest, participants must be in Grades 9-12 and live and/or study in Richmond Hill.

Immediate family members of Arts Contest judges, the Library Board, or Richmond Hill Public Library employees are not eligible to enter.

Failure to follow the contest and submission guidelines or to provide complete and accurate information on the entry form will disqualify the submission.

Each entrant may submit a maximum of one entry per category.

All submissions in every category of the competition must be the original work of the submitting artist.

Submissions for the following categories will only be accepted in digital format (to be uploaded within this form): Photography, Poetry, Short Story.

The Visual Arts category will have a two-step submission approach.

Step One: Fill out all your information via the online submission form.

Step Two: Drop off your art at the 3rd Floor Information Desk at Central Library
(1 Atkinson St.). When you drop off your art, you will be asked fill out a brief form that confirms you've already completed your online portion of the submission.

Submissions will be accepted until Friday, Feb. 8, 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.

All requested information must be supplied or entries will not be accepted.
