Aldgate In Winter Festival 2025 - Artist Open Call

Aldgate Connect BID is proud to announce that the Aldgate in Winter Festival will be returning on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th December 2025 for its 9th edition! This year, the event will take place over two days, doubling the opportunities to showcase the amazing local talent.

This year’s festival will bring back everyone’s favourites, including: the Lantern Parade, live performances on The Aldgate Stage, creative workshops, community feast, and more.

The Aldgate Stage is an opportunity for anyone and everyone to perform: whether you sing in the shower, dance in a group, or finally show off that hidden talent. This Artist Open Call is now live for submissions!

Please note this is a community event and an unpaid opportunity for artists.

Anticipated programme timings (subject to final confirmation):
Thursday 4th December
12:00–14:30 – The Aldgate Stage
16:00–19:00 – The Aldgate Stage

Friday 5th December
15:30–17:00 – The Aldgate Stage
17:00–18:00 – Lantern Parade
18:00–20:00 – The Aldgate Stage

Programming times will be allocated by the Event Team, with earlier slots prioritised for children.

Deadline for applications is midday on Monday 10th November 2025.
